What is a Point-of-Sale Inspection?
A Point-of-sale or POS inspection is an inspection conducted by a city inspector in certain cities prior to a property sale. This allows the city to maintain the housing stock in the area and ensure owners are continuing with the upkeep of the property.
Cities often require fees, inspections and detailed monetary estimates of repairs. These estimates must be completed by a city approved and insured company. We are proud to be approved operate in all cities in the Greater Cleveland area and can provide POS estimates.
